By early March, the historic trolley (inside the plastic enclosure) is nearing completion.
A coat of white primer paint is applied to the exterior.
The trolley's progress is discussed.
By Thursday, March 20th, the trolley's exterior has been painted in the original yellow and green colors and the plastic enclosure removed. A U-shaped viewing platform partially encircles the trolley.
Lights are hung from the Train Shed to spotlight the historic trolley.
The trolley's interior wood has been restored.
Project meetings continue. Pictured from left to right: John Chambless, Willie Peak, and Mike Johnson.
The trolley's exterior plaques are shown here. This trolley was donated in 1970 by Mrs. Audry E. Watson. The trolley manufacture date is not currently known, but the trolley is believed to date from between 1897 and 1916.
